Braised Sea Cucumber with Fish Maw

Ingredients

400g sea cucumber, cut into pieces

80g dried fish maw, soaked and cut into pieces

15g old ginger, sliced

60g scallions, sectioned

2 tbsp oil

300ml stock or water

2 tbsp abalone sauce

1 tsp chicken powder

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp hua diao wine

Directions

  1. Turn on World Kitchen Orbit Fryer, select medium heat and Stir Fry mode, heat up oil.
  2. Saute sliced ginger until fragrant, add in sea cucumber and fish maw, stir-fry evenly.
  3. Add in Seasoning and stock.
  4. Select Rotate mode and let World Kitchen Orbit Fryer cook automatically for 12-15mins. Add in hua diao wine.
  5. Add in sectioned scallions and toss well.
